The aim
Deliver a full, bottom-up digital transformation that removes obsolete business and technical processes across Seddon Construction.
What we did
- Audited the existing business processes and technology in use.
- Identified obsolete systems and replaced them with modern digital tools.
- Aligned construction operations with the new tools, so the software fitted the work rather than the other way round.
- Trained staff to adopt and use the new systems, and stayed on to support them.
