Services

We help small to medium-sized businesses use the technology big firms already rely on. We plan it with you, build it, and support you after go-live.

What we do

Digital transformation

We audit how your business runs today, find the silos and obsolete processes, then replace them with tools that fit. Change management comes built in, so people adopt the new way of working.

Process audits, System replacement, Staff training

Data and analytics

Exploratory data analysis, data dictionaries and dashboards that turn the data you already hold into decisions. Every project follows CRISP-DM.

EDA in R and Python, Power BI, CRM dashboards

AI and machine learning

Models and pipelines that predict, classify and summarise, along with tools such as chatbots that answer only from your own data.

ML pipelines, LLM and NLP tuning, Private chatbots

Automation

Scripts and integrations that take repetitive work off your team, from moving tickets between systems to scraping data and generating documents.

Python and VBA, Jira and Google Workspace, Web scraping

How an engagement runs

Three stages, each with a document you can hold us to. We define the change plan with you, not for you.

  1. Stage α: Analysis

    Technical know-your-client (TKYC)

A technical advisor gets to know your business: how it runs today, where the silos and obsolete processes are, and what is possible. The findings go into the TKYC questionnaire.

  2. Stage β: Planning

    Change management policy plan (CMPP)

A consultant and a subject-matter expert turn the TKYC into a digital roadmap and an optional change management plan. You agree the plan, the risks and the fee before anything is built.

  3. Stage γ: Delivery

    Solution delivery

We build or integrate the solution, work with any vendors on your behalf, and train your team so the change sticks. You can change course or stop at any stage.

Support and tech assurance

Most technology companies deliver and move on to the next sale. We stay. Membership adds 24/7 support and technical assurance, so if anything goes wrong after go-live, we handle it with the vendor for you.

The convergence triangle

We now use computers to design faster computers. Ray Kurzweil called this feedback loop the law of accelerating returns. Technologies that used to advance separately are now speeding each other up.

One exponential technology disrupts products and markets. When several converge, they wash away the markets and the structures behind them, the way silicon chips replaced vacuum tubes. Our triangle breaks that change into five layers. It starts from a foundation every business should have, and each layer depends on the one below.

  1. Quantum: Quantum
  2. Autonomous: AI agentsRobotics
  3. Intelligent and connected: AIBlockchainIoT
  4. Automated and secure: IntegrationAutomationCloudSecurity
  5. Foundation: AnalyticsStorageCRMNetworksITSM
  1. Foundation

Data analytics and metrics, Data storage, Customer relationship management (CRM), Networks and communication, IT service management (ITSM)

The systems and tools we believe every business should have. Nothing above holds without them.

  2. Automated and secure

Integration and APIs, Automation, Cloud computing, Cyber security

Removing manual work, running anywhere and keeping it all safe.

  3. Intelligent and connected

Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things

Systems that learn, verify and sense. These are where most of our current work sits.

  4. Autonomous

    AI agents, Robotics

Systems that act on their own, from software agents to robots and drones.

  5. Quantum

    Quantum computing

The furthest horizon. Few businesses need it yet, but it will reshape encryption, simulation and optimisation.

Who supports you

Three levels of support, so the right person picks up your question. Anything not solved at one level moves up to the next.

  1. L1

    Technical advisors

Your first point of contact by phone, video or email. Advisors run the TKYC, give practical advice on what is possible and handle first-line support.

Business breakdown, Personalised support, Relationship management

  2. L2

    Technical consultants

Consultants own the relationship and the CMPP. They research the market, weigh the risks and track delivery against scope, and handle second-line support.

Market analysis, Risk optimisation, Performance monitoring

  3. L3

    Subject-matter experts

Specialists who design the integration roadmap, work alongside vendors during delivery and have workarounds ready if a solution falls short. They handle third-line support and escalations.

    Roadmap design, Vendor liaison, Escalations

How we price

No surprises. You see the plan and agree the delivery fee before any build starts, and you can change or stop the project at any stage.

  1. Stage 1

    Consultation

An initial fee covers the analysis of your business model and technical processes, and the roadmap that comes out of it.

  2. Stage 2a

    Membership

An optional retainer for 24/7 support and technical assurance after go-live, plus access to our partner network.

  3. Stage 2b

    Delivery

A fixed, one-off fee for building and integrating the solution. It is confirmed only once you have agreed the plan.
